24 hours notice is required for cancellation.

• Client no-shows will be charged the full rate of the massage service. If you were using a gift certificate, that will also be used for the missed appointment.

• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours prior to appointment) will be charged 75% of the massage rate.

• Any inappropriate requests or actions will result in your massage ending and you will be charged 200% of the service price. You will also be banned from booking again.
